Cancellation Policy

For appointments that are cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, EMILY KATE are not able to reimburse the deposit paid. We kindly ask you to contact the bridal boutique if you aren't able to make the appointment within the 72 hour window so that we can offer the opportunity to other customers. For cancellations outside of the 72 hour window, a full reimbursement of the deposit paid will be credited. Please use your account log in to manage your booking and confirm cancellation. Similarly, you can reschedule your appointment outside of the 72 hour window by using the manage my booking facility.
