Our hire fee is based on a 24-hour cost that begins at the point of delivery. Additional days hire are charged accordingly.

Our minimum order value is £100 excluding delivery. Should you wish to hire product(s) for a period that amounts to less than this in value, then we will still offer you the service but charge you the shortfall. or example a hire quote of £85 is offered; we will add a further £15 to make up the shortfall to £100).

After completing a request for quotation, our offer will be sent to you for your consideration.

If the request for quotation is acceptable, all goods hired will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of the booking to secure the order. If the required delivery date is within 28 days of placing your order, full payment will be required at the point of order placement.

Yes, we offer a delivery and collection service up to 30 miles from the boutique. Delivery and collection charges are calculated based on the venue distance from the boutique.

Yes, you can collect and return items from our bridal boutique

Yes, for items that require setting up at the venue we will quote this service for your consideration.
